Can I pick-up my order?

Yes. Monday -Friday 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. (No pickups on Sunday)

Do you deliver?

Yes. Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00-10:00 am. (No deliveries on Sunday)

Delivery Fee – A base delivery fee of $20.00 applies to orders within a 20-mile radius of TC Cake Art. An additional $1.00 per mile (round trip) applies to any deliveries outside of the 20-mile radius.

Delivery and set-up are free on orders of $450.00 or more if delivery location is within a 20-mile radius of TC Cake Art.

*Please keep in mind that delivery must be requested and you are not automatically guaranteed delivery. You may be required to pick up your order if all delivery times are booked.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by visiting our online shop, submitting a quote request, or emailing me at info@tccakeart.com. Make sure to note sizes/servings, date of the event, location, and ideas of what you want and we will get back to you within 24 hours with confirmation of availability.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders are encouraged to be placed 3-4 weeks prior to the event for small orders and 1-2 months prior for big orders. The sooner you place your order, the better the chances of getting your order reserved. Keep in mind we can only take a certain number of orders per week. Last minute orders will be accepted if there is an opening and the cake design is doable in the given time window.

What is your payment policy?

Orders made via our online store require immediate payment in full via PayPal.

For custom orders, an invoice will be emailed once the order is placed. Invoice payment options include PayPal, credit card, and cash (in person only). Full payment is due by the date stated on the invoice. Deposit is due at the time of ordering. The order is not reserved until deposit or payment is made.

Do I need to make a deposit for my order?

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order when placed at least 3 weeks prior to the event. All orders with less than 3 weeks notice will require the full balance be paid at the time of ordering. Orders made via our online store require immediate payment in full.

Do you refund?

Refunds can be given up to 2 weeks before pickup/delivery date for online store purchases only. All custom orders have a no refund policy.
