How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by emailing me at mail@tccakeart.com or under the contact page. Make sure to note sizes/servings, date of event, location, and ideas of what you want and I will get back to you within 24 hours with confirmation of availability.

Do you deliver?

Yes. There is free delivery and set up on orders of $450 or more and that are within a 20 mile radius of TC Cake Art. All added mileage will be charged at $1 per mile round trip. Keep in mind that you are not automatically guaranteed delivery. If I am all booked up on deliveries you will have to come pick up your order.

Do I need to make a deposit for my order?

Yes all orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering which should be no less than 3-4 weeks prior to event. All orders placed after that time frame will require the full balance paid at the time of ordering.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

All orders are encouraged be placed 3-4 weeks prior to event to guarantee your spot and 1-2 months prior to event for big orders. The sooner you place your order the better chances of getting your order reserved for your event. Keep in mind I can only take a certain amount of orders per week. Last minute orders will be accepted if there is an opening and the cake design is doable in the amount of time left.

What is your payment policy?

Once order is set you will be emailed an invoice where you will have the option to pay via PayPal or credit card on the due date stated. Paying with cash is an option and you will have to personally drop it off on the due date stated on your invoice. Deposit is due at the time of ordering and the rest of the balance is due 14 days prior to event. Your spot is not reserved until deposit or payment is made.
